Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist (Customer Experience)

About the role

As a CX Talent Acquisition Specialist‑Entry you will support the recruitment of high‑volume customer experience agent positions in El Salvador. Working under guidance, you will learn and execute core recruitment processes such as screening, interview coordination and offer management while ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Screen and pre‑qualify candidates based on job requirements and hiring criteria.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess fit and provide candidates with information about the company, position and application process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Administer assessments and testing when required.
• Coordinate background checks and reference verification.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records in recruitment systems.
• Escalate candidate concerns or issues to senior team members as needed.
• Support recruitment events and job fairs as assigned.
• Assist with basic sourcing activities such as posting jobs and responding to inquiries when no dedicated sourcing team exists.

Required profile

• 0‑1 years of experience in recruitment or related fields (junior level).
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is preferred.
• Schedule flexibility and ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• B2+ oral and written English; additional languages as required.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and customer‑service orientation.
