About the role
We are looking for a skilled Turner‑Mill Operator to run conventional machine tools in a metal‑working environment. The role focuses on producing precise metal components while adhering to strict quality standards. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects, collaborating with engineering and quality teams to deliver components on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Operate conventional turning and milling machines to manufacture metal parts.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish meet defined specifications.
- Rectify and re‑work pieces and mechanical components as required.
- Maintain compliance with quality control procedures.
- Set up tools and fixtures, perform routine machine maintenance, and record production data.
Required profile
- Proven experience operating conventional machine tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and adherence to safety protocols.
