Trilingual Language Facilitator / Specialist

About the role

The Trilingual Language Facilitator/Specialist will support Ria’s language development program by delivering English, French, and Spanish instruction and coordinating related learning initiatives. Working closely with the Learning & Development Manager, you will create engaging lessons for adult employees and help improve their communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging English, French, and Spanish language lessons through virtual and in‑person formats.
• Adapt teaching methods to different proficiency levels, learning styles, and professional needs.
• Develop, update, and maintain learning materials such as presentations, quizzes, visual resources, handouts, exercises, and projects.
• Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and keep accurate records of attendance and performance.
• Prepare and share monthly learner performance reports and program updates.
• Track program metrics including enrollment, participation, completion, dropout rates, and success indicators.
• Contribute new content to the program’s podcast and other learning channels.
• Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure content and learner information are current.
• Leverage AI‑powered learning and productivity tools to enhance content creation, lesson planning, and learner engagement.
• Partner with L&D and HR on initiatives such as employee screening, translation reviews, and content validation.
• Support continuous‑improvement projects aimed at increasing learner engagement and program effectiveness.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
• Proven experience delivering language instruction to adult learners.
• Ability to tailor teaching approaches to varied learning styles and professional contexts.
• Strong organizational skills for record‑keeping and reporting.
• Comfortable using LMS platforms and AI‑enhanced learning tools.
• Collaborative mindset to work with L&D and HR teams.
