Trilingual Language Facilitator/Specialist

About the role

Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Trilingual Language Facilitator/Specialist to lead its corporate language development program. Working closely with the Learning & Development Manager, you will deliver English, French and Spanish instruction to adult employees, create learning materials and support broader L&D initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging English, French, and Spanish lessons through virtual and in‑person formats, adapting methods to different levels and professional needs.
• Develop, update, and maintain learning materials such as presentations, quizzes, visual resources, handouts, exercises, and projects.
• Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and performance.
• Prepare and share monthly learner performance reports and program updates.
• Track overall program metrics including enrollment, participation, completion, dropout rates, and success indicators.
• Contribute new content to the program’s podcast and other learning channels.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content and learner information are current.
• Leverage AI‑powered learning and productivity tools to improve content creation, lesson planning, learner engagement, and training effectiveness.
• Partner with L&D and HR on initiatives such as employee screening, translation reviews, content validation, and other learning‑related projects.
• Support continuous improvement efforts aimed at increasing learner engagement and program effectiveness.

Required profile

• Experience delivering language instruction in English, French, and Spanish to adult learners.
• Familiarity with both virtual and in‑person teaching formats.
• Ability to design, update, and maintain diverse learning materials.
• Proven track record of assessing learner progress and generating performance reports.
• Comfort managing an LMS and using AI‑enhanced learning tools.
• Collaborative mindset to work with L&D, HR, and cross‑functional teams.
