About the role

The Digital Channels Sales Representative will handle customer interactions through phone, WhatsApp, social media and other online platforms, ensuring a smooth purchasing experience for motorcycle enthusiasts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on customer purchases received via digital channels.
• Resolve client inquiries, problems and post‑sale requests.
• Coordinate product shipping logistics and track deliveries.
• Provide post‑sale support to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of orders, communications and delivery status.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, customer service or retail, preferably using digital channels.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Organised approach to order management and information tracking.
• Result‑oriented mindset with the ability to meet commercial targets.
• Proactive, team‑player attitude.
• Interest in motorcycles, accessories and related products.
• Availability to work full‑time onsite in San Salvador.
