About the role

The company is looking for a proactive Sales Representative specialized in flexible packaging solutions. You will develop and manage B2B relationships in the industrial and corporate sectors, driving new business opportunities while ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, develop and expand the B2B client portfolio.
• Provide technical advice on flexible packaging, recommending optimal solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and coordinate material testing or validation.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and manage post‑sale follow‑up and collections.
• Plan field visits and keep CRM data up to date.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in flexible packaging or related sectors.
• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar fields.
• Own a reliable vehicle and be available for field travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to monitor and analyse commercial KPIs.
• Technical knowledge of flexible packaging materials, gauges, resistance and barrier properties.
