About the role

The Vendor Strategy and AI Transformation Lead for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Support will shape the global ecosystem of vendor partners, ensuring high‑performance service delivery and operational excellence. You will work within a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial team to drive strategic initiatives that enhance the quality and scalability of Google Cloud support.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute vendor strategy for GCP Support, overseeing a portfolio of partner operations.
• Manage quality of service, governance, and regulated workflows across global vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align vendor performance with business objectives.
• Lead operational initiatives that leverage generative AI and automation to improve efficiency.
• Analyze data using SQL and Looker to generate insights and drive actionable improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 8 years of technical project management or customer‑facing experience.
• Minimum 8 years in vendor strategy and operations, either on the client or supplier side.
• Proven experience executing global operational initiatives.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) expertise.
• SQL for data analysis.
• Looker or similar BI tools.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI tools and emerging automation technologies.
