Virtual Dental Receptionist – Remote Independent Contractor

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Virtual Dental Receptionist to join our team remotely. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling calls, messages, and administrative tasks while supporting our dental offices.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
• Verify patient information and insurance details.
• Respond to patient calls, texts, and emails promptly.
• Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, recalls, and follow‑ups.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in the system.
• Assist with general administrative duties as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or virtual assistant.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
