Virtual Executive Assistant to CEO (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support a US or Canadian startup CEO. This full‑time remote position is open to candidates based anywhere in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, or Nicaragua. You will act as the right‑hand for the executive, ensuring smooth daily operations and strategic workflow improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
• Design and optimise workflows, produce data analyses, reports, SOPs, and documentation.
• Coordinate internal projects and facilitate cross‑functional communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role such as Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, or Account Manager.
• Fluent English (C1 level) – both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using Slack.
• Familiarity with Notion.

• Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total, with raises every six months.
