Accounting Specialist II – Travel & Expense (APAC/EMEA)

About the role

The Accounting Specialist II will manage all Travel & Expense (T&E) activities for the APAC and EMEA regions, supporting multiple business units within Blackhawk Network’s Accounts Payable team.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and process expense reports in accordance with company policy.
• Handle employee onboarding and off‑boarding, including system set‑up and banking information.
• Manage Concur user profiles, corporate card applications, deactivations, and credit‑limit adjustments.
• Respond to inquiries via the shared email box and provide T&E support to employees.
• Prepare monthly accruals, reconciliations, and maintain accurate documentation for cross‑training.
• Identify and implement process improvements and support internal/external audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 + years of accounts payable experience, with strong English proficiency.
• Experience with Concur and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent time‑management, teamwork, and customer‑service orientation.
