About the role

The Value and Shielding Strategy Specialist will drive value and retention for post‑paid mobile and Home customers. You will design renewal, upsell, cross‑sell and segmented campaigns that contribute to business growth and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement renewal and retention strategies for mobile post‑paid and Home services.
• Define, launch and manage targeted campaigns across channels.
• Develop upsell and cross‑sell initiatives based on customer value, profile and behavior.
• Segment customers using data‑driven criteria.
• Monitor campaign impact on ARPU, retention and other key indicators.
• Design shielding strategies to protect and grow customer value.
• Coordinate initiatives with Product Strategy and Commercial teams.

Required profile

• Professional or student in Marketing, Administration or Communication.
• 1‑3 years of experience in campaign management, database handling or related communication roles.
• Strategic thinking with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical and data‑focused approach.
• Creative mindset for designing new strategies and campaigns.
• Customer‑oriented with a focus on value generation.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Effective communicator and team player.
