About the role

Premium Restaurants of America is seeking a Hospitality & Service Experience Leader to ensure exceptional customer experiences across all its restaurant locations. The role combines strategic vision with hands‑on execution, driving the brand’s hospitality model in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, train, and coach Front‑of‑House teams and store leaders, modeling hospitality behaviors and reinforcing culture.
• Design and deliver training programs focused on service standards, customer experience, and operational skill development.
• Monitor and analyze customer experience KPIs (e.g., NPS) and propose continuous improvement actions.
• Integrate service standards into training curricula and continuously refresh the company’s hospitality DNA.

Required profile

• Proven experience in restaurant operations, preferably Quick‑Service Restaurants (QSR).
• Background in leading training, coaching, and development for operational staff and restaurant managers.
• Experience in customer experience, service culture, or operational team training roles.
• University degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and influencing abilities with a clear customer focus.
