Senior Platform Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join the Engineering Platform Team of a leading global automotive services company. You will own the design and automation of developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, and security enablement, driving productivity and AI‑assisted engineering practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reusable GitHub Actions for the organization.
• Build and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and release automation processes.
• Contribute to DevSecOps initiatives, ensuring security, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Apply AI development standards with Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
• Support engineers through design discussions, code reviews, and production support.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Scrum Master on planning and delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software or platform engineering.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive tasks to completion independently.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS, Terraform, and Python.
• Daily use of Claude Code and/or GitHub Copilot, with knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM fundamentals.
• Excellent written documentation skills in English (B2 level or higher).
