Virtual Executive Assistant (Remote)

About the role

Viva is looking for a Virtual Executive Assistant to support a US or Canadian startup executive. The position is fully remote and open to candidates living in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, or Nicaragua.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
• Improve internal workflows, conduct data analysis, create reports, SOPs, and documentation.
• Coordinate projects and facilitate internal communication across teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, Account Manager).
• Fluent English (C1 level) – both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to work independently, be proactive, and handle ambiguity.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion and an enthusiasm for AI tools.
