About the role
The company is looking for a Recruitment and Selection Assistant to support its Human Resources processes. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle for operational and administrative positions, ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key responsibilities
- Publish assigned job openings on various employment platforms.
- Filter and screen candidate profiles from multiple sources.
- Conduct initial screening interviews.
- Administer psychometric tests to assess candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with immediate supervisors.
- Facilitate the hiring and onboarding of selected personnel.
Required profile
- Minimum of one year proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment for operational and administrative roles.
- Graduated in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
- Resides in San Salvador.
- Result‑oriented, committed, responsible, proactive, and possesses excellent interpersonal relationships.
Required skills
- No specific technical tools are required; basic proficiency with standard office applications is assumed.
