About the role
Carenet Launch (formerly Balto Health) is hiring bilingual Spanish healthcare advocates to work on site in its El Salvador office. The company supports Medicare and Medicaid populations, with a strong focus on Hispanic communities. Only resumes in English will be considered.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from patients to schedule doctor appointments
- Update patient charts and manage related tasks
- Provide clear, empathetic and professional support
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or university graduate
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Healthcare or insurance background is a must
- Customer-focused and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Required skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Call center / BPO experience preferred
