About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team and support a U.S.-based client. This is a 100% English‑speaking, on‑site position focused on delivering high‑quality customer experiences rather than high call volume.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the professional first point of contact for customers, primarily by phone.
• Provide accurate information about services, processes, and case status.
• Understand customer concerns, propose effective solutions, and handle complaints calmly.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members when needed.
• Document interactions, requests, and feedback in the CRM.
• Respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient resolution of customer needs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑service or customer‑facing role.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Willingness to work on‑site.
