Especialista de Pre‑venta (RevOps)

About the role

Qudox is looking for a RevOps Specialist who will turn commercial diagnostics into strategic, coherent and financially viable proposals for clients. You will be the key point ensuring each offer is solid, executable and profitable.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in discovery sessions with clients to understand their business, objectives and identify the best Qudox services.
• Design solutions using standard product sheets, integrate technical inputs, craft strategic narratives and present transparent investment breakdowns.
• Validate financial viability by checking minimum profitability, escalating exceptions to Lead RevOps or Revenue Director, and ensuring alignment between sales and delivery.
• Handle out‑of‑catalog requests by formally processing exceptions with Product and documenting them.
• Manage 3‑5 active proposals simultaneously, prioritizing them under the guidance of the Lead RevOps.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing agencies, consulting or pre‑sales roles.
• Proven ability to build commercial proposals and collaborate across commercial and operational teams.
• Understanding of marketing agency business models, proposal structuring and basic profitability concepts for professional services.
