Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Almacenes Vidrí is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner who will work closely with the business, understand its needs and turn them into actions that strengthen teams and drive results. The role supports leaders and employees across multiple work sites, ensuring comprehensive HR process execution.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to manage teams, providing HR advice and follow‑up.
• Implement and monitor talent, performance, development, climate, culture and employee experience initiatives.
• Analyze people metrics to identify trends, opportunities and actions aligned with business goals.
• Maintain close contact with teams through visits, conversations and listening sessions.
• Support talent management processes, including potential identification, development and succession planning.
• Coordinate with specialized HR areas to ensure consistent experience and effective execution.
• Promote a high‑performance, service‑oriented, collaborative and continuously improving culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or related fields.
• More than 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, Generalist or similar role, managing end‑to‑end HR processes.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and HR metrics.
• Ability to travel between different work sites; own vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
