QA Lead – Onsite Quality Engineering Manager

About the role

You will lead the QA organization for a portfolio of web and mobile products, defining the quality engineering strategy, fostering a quality‑first culture, and driving AI‑powered testing initiatives across complex software ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Quality Engineering strategy for web and mobile applications.
• Establish quality standards, governance frameworks, testing processes, and engineering best practices.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a QA team of approximately 15 internal and client‑side members.
• Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Drive adoption of AI‑driven testing, intelligent automation, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align testing initiatives with business objectives.
• Monitor testing lifecycle, ensure compliance, and continuously identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Test Automation.
• 5+ years leading QA teams in complex development environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality engineering practices, test automation methodologies, and QA governance models.
• Experience supporting both web and mobile application ecosystems.
• Proficiency with Agile software development methodologies.
• Experience with AI‑driven testing, intelligent automation, or Agentic AI initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
