Revenue Analyst II – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

About the role

Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Revenue Analyst II to support the US Agent Channel. The analyst will execute high‑accuracy pricing and revenue operations, protect margins, and enable market‑share growth across multiple regions and corridors.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and process a high volume of case‑based requests via email and ticketing systems (Zendesk), ensuring fast turnaround and zero preventable errors.
• Perform FX, fee, and commission analysis to recommend competitive, economically sound solutions aligned with growth objectives.
• Monitor agent profitability, identify low‑profit or loss‑making agencies, and propose corrective actions based on full economics.
• Support revenue optimization across the agent portfolio, tracking trends in volume, margin, spread, and profitability by corridor, region, and competitor footprint.
• Maintain competitor benchmarking and local market intelligence to understand pricing pressure and realistic break‑even thresholds.
• Build and maintain reporting outputs in Excel and Power BI to track KPIs, targets, trends, and opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong written English and Spanish communication skills.
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency for large datasets, modeling, and validation.
• Highly organized, self‑managed, and able to prioritize in a high‑volume, high‑accountability environment.
