Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive Sales Specialist who can quickly adapt to different client types and situations. The role focuses on managing a portfolio of auto‑lot leads, contacts and prospects, driving new vehicle listings and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through phone, email and digital channels.
• Maintain an organized database of auto‑lots, contacts and leads using Excel.
• Analyze Excel data to identify best practices and improve conversion rates.
• Handle objections, negotiate and close sales while meeting KPI targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate vehicle publications.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling ability.
• Result‑oriented, proactive and able to persevere after rejection.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to learn new processes, tools and adapt to changing campaigns.
• Interest in developing a commercial career, even without prior automotive experience.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel for data tracking and analysis.
• Experience with CRM software or similar databases.
