Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist will execute sales actions to achieve assigned targets and KPIs for a portfolio of clients, ensuring product availability, promotional execution, and compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan sales and collections for the client portfolio.
• Review client warehouse inventories and close sales by offering needed products.
• Coordinate with merchandisers to implement point‑of‑sale displays, promotional pricing, and inventory rotation (BICE).
• Manage the introduction of new products into sales points.
• Prepare collection reports and credit notes for the finance team.
• Design strategies and promotions together with sales supervisors or KAMs to meet objectives.
• Prepare documentation for removal of damaged or near‑expiry merchandise.
• Ensure all activities comply with quality, safety, occupational health, environmental systems, the WHO International Code on Marketing of Breast‑milk Substitutes, and Nestlé policies.

Required profile

• Technical degree in Marketing, Sales or related field, or a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar.
• Minimum three years of experience in a comparable sales role.
• Deep knowledge of sales channels, consumer products, and cost structures per channel.
• Experience with detailed route planning and territory management.
• Proficiency in Excel and intermediate Power BI.
