About the role

We are looking for a specialized lawyer to support our payment‑methods initiatives, including acquiring, payment gateways and digital wallets. The role will work closely with business, technology and innovation teams to ensure legal compliance and enable new fintech products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on projects related to payment methods, acquiring, gateways and digital wallets.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, terms and conditions, and usage policies for the payments ecosystem.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and international franchise standards such as Visa and Mastercard.
• Design legal enablers that facilitate new business models, strategic alliances and interoperability.
• Participate in strategic projects from design through implementation, supporting cross‑functional teams.
• Manage relationships with regulatory authorities and handle supervisory requirements.
• Identify legal risks and propose preventive and corrective measures to sustain secure operations.

Required profile

• Law degree and authorized to practice law.
• Experience in financial regulation, corporate legal advisory and contract drafting.
• Deep knowledge of the payment ecosystem, including acquiring, gateways, digital wallets and international card schemes.
• Ability to structure legal solutions that drive innovation and new business models.
• Collaborative mindset to work with business, technology, innovation and regulatory teams.
• Strategic thinking, results orientation and risk‑mitigation focus.
