Account Manager – San Salvador

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our reputable technology company in San Salvador, El Salvador. The role focuses on selling electronic invoicing solutions, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and supporting the overall sales strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up leads and close sales deals.
• Plan and conduct meetings with clients and partners to present products from technical and functional perspectives.
• Prepare commercial proposals for new and existing customers.
• Manage quotations, negotiations, and continuous follow‑up until closure.
• Coordinate contract formalisation with the legal team.
• Maintain ongoing communication to identify needs, upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Register new clients and partners in internal tools (SharePoint, CRM, etc.).
• Process orders, track payments, implementations, and invoicing.
• Support portfolio recovery when required.
• Produce monthly sales, opportunity, and performance reports.
• Analyse market trends and competition to spot strategic opportunities.
• Organise webinars, events, and client‑engagement activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related field (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and customer service.
• Advanced proficiency in English (B2+).

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with SharePoint.
• Knowledge of electronic invoicing platforms.
