About the role
We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to support the financial processes of our hospitality, real‑estate and tourism operations. The role involves accurate recording, review and control of financial transactions while ensuring proper documentation and compliance with accounting cycles.
Key responsibilities
- Record accounting entries and financial transactions.
- Review invoices and fiscal documents.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Support month‑end closings and VAT reporting.
- Control advances, expense claims and settlements.
- Maintain organized accounting documentation.
- Prepare reports and respond to finance‑area requests.
Required profile
- Public accounting studies completed up to at least the third year.
- Minimum four years of experience in similar accounting positions.
- Age between 25 and 35 years.
- Residence in San Salvador, Antiguo Cuscatlán, Santa Tecla or surrounding areas.
- Gender neutral.
