Analista de Riesgos – Banca Personas y Pyme

About the role

The role is responsible for developing and managing credit risk for the SME and retail (Personas) segments of the bank. It aligns risk management with the bank's strategic and commercial orientation, regulatory guidelines, and best practices to maximize the risk‑return relationship of the credit portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Design, propose and validate credit policies for products offered to SME and retail customers, ensuring compliance with strategic guidelines and current regulations.
• Support the design of new products from a credit risk perspective and maintain existing products, focusing on profitability models and value generation.
• Design and monitor placement campaigns for existing products targeting SME and retail clients, achieving commercial objectives while controlling credit risk.
• Develop exception regimes for credit granting, facilitating processes with measured and controlled risk levels.
• Execute early‑stage credit monitoring to detect policy deviations and recommend adjustments or closures of gaps.
• Assist in the implementation and follow‑up of collection and recovery policies for SME and retail credit portfolios, aiming to improve recoverability of delinquent and charged‑off loans.

Required profile

• Completed studies in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Business Engineering.
• Experience in credit analysis, product design and project management.
• Knowledge of credit analysis and financial analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with banking products and services is desirable.

Required skills

• Data handling and analysis using SQL.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables.
