Appointment Setter - Calling US Investors

About the role

Capital Stack is a small, fast-growing US company that helps investment firms raise money from private investors. It is looking for an appointment setter to call US investors who have asked for information about an investment, ask a few questions and book the interested ones onto calls with its client. No background is needed; training is provided.

Key responsibilities

• Call US investors who asked for information about an investment
• Ask a few questions and book the right ones onto a call with the client
• Keep clients updated on who is booked and who has confirmed

Required profile

• A strong desire to earn more and to put in the work to get it
• Coachable: takes feedback the same day and shows improvement the next
• An American accent so US investors understand you on the first listen
• Stable 40 Mbps+ internet, a computer with 16GB RAM, a headset and a backup plan for power and internet

What we offer

• Pay of $800 to $1,500+ USD per month depending on experience, paid every two weeks by international wire
• Commission of $1 to $3 USD per appointment that shows up, with no cap; at full volume up to $1,500 USD a month on top of base
• Total earnings of up to $3,000 USD per month once fully ramped, rising with tenure and KPI reviews
• Schedule Monday to Saturday, Sundays off, fully remote, with morning (7am to 3pm US Central) or evening (11am to 7pm US Central) shifts
• Training from someone who started on the phones and now runs operations, with new roles opening as the company grows
