Inside Sales Representative (Remote, El Salvador)

About the role

RexMont Real Estate, a Seattle and Bellevue brokerage, is hiring two remote Inside Sales Representatives in El Salvador. You will convert and retain the clients that the company's calling platform books appointments with; you are not an appointment setter, because the appointments already exist.

Key responsibilities

• Call every booked client the day before and the morning of the appointment so it happens
• If someone does not show, call them within the hour and put the appointment back on the calendar
• Debrief every appointment within 24 hours with the agent and the client, and define the next step
• Own a named book of clients and keep it warm with market updates, check-ins and life-change follow-ups
• Log everything in Follow Up Boss the same day

Required profile

• Near-native spoken English; this is the first screening criterion
• 2+ years on the phone with US customers (outbound sales, collections, retention desk, mortgage, insurance or real estate)
• Written English strong enough to send a client message without anyone checking it
• A record of staying: 18+ month average tenure in past roles
• Available Monday to Friday, either 8am-5pm or 12pm-9pm El Salvador time
• Own computer, headset, quiet room and a backup internet connection

What we offer

• Base pay of $1,100-$1,800 USD per month, paid via Deel on the 15th and 30th
• $5 for every appointment held, plus a monthly milestone bonus of $25-$300
• $25-$550 per closed transaction, depending on sale price, with base raises of +10% at 6 closings and +15% at 9 in a quarter
• Typical earnings of $2,130-$3,830 per month at a $1,600 base, from 5 to 22 closings a quarter
• 15 paid vacation days after 90 days, a $300 equipment budget and $50 per month toward internet
• Daily 15-minute call with your manager and weekly recording reviews
