About the role

The Investment Advisor will join the Commercial Area of Grupo Arquero, promoting the sale of its real‑estate development projects. The role involves providing specialized advice to clients, representing the company's values throughout the sales process, and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Market and sell Grupo Arquero’s real‑estate projects.
• Achieve sales targets set by the Commercial Direction.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of projects, sales processes, and the company’s value proposition.
• Provide specialized guidance and facilitate the purchase process for clients.
• Monitor and follow up each stage of the commercial pipeline.
• Enter accurate and timely information into the CRM system.
• Strengthen long‑term client relationships through quality service.
• Apply the guidelines of the Sales and Marketing Plan.
• Coordinate with Development, Property Administration, Engineering, and Construction teams.

Required profile

• Preferably a graduate in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Architecture or related fields.
• Proven sales experience.
• Strong client‑service orientation and ability to communicate effectively.
• Good presentation, creativity, empathy and assertive communication.
• Goal‑oriented, results‑driven with a service mindset.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to follow procedures, controls and work collaboratively.
• Motivation for continuous training and efficient time management.
• Own vehicle is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
