B2B Real Estate Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive B2B Real Estate Sales Executive to drive the acquisition of industrial and logistics clients. You will work closely with exporters, logistics firms, and industrial companies to match them with suitable warehouse and industrial park spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Actively prospect potential B2B clients in exporting, logistics and industrial sectors.
• Follow up leads generated from digital campaigns, strategic partners, brokers and referrals.
• Coordinate and conduct technical visits to industrial parks and available warehouses.
• Record opportunities in the CRM system and keep the sales pipeline up‑to‑date.
• Prepare and send LOI letters, lease proposals and pre‑contract documentation.
• Explain dimensions, rates, technical features, delivery timelines and contractual conditions.
• Create quotations, technical data sheets, commercial presentations and space comparisons.
• Participate in negotiation meetings together with management and the operational team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, International Trade, Communications or related fields.
• 2‑3 years of proven B2B sales experience, including quotation, proposal, follow‑up and negotiation.
• Experience in real‑estate, industrial or logistics sectors is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with free‑zone areas and industrial parks is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using AI‑enabled digital tools.
