Administrador de Condominio

About the role

We are looking for an organized, proactive Condominium Administrator to oversee the full‑cycle management of a residential community in San Salvador. The role ensures smooth administrative, operational and financial performance while delivering excellent service to owners and residents.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations and ensure proper functioning of the condominium.
• Supervise security, cleaning, maintenance services and external providers.
• Plan, coordinate and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Prepare, monitor and control budgets, income and expenses.
• Handle collection of maintenance fees, monitor arrears and follow up on payments.
• Process payments, maintain supplier records and oversee contracted services.
• Produce administrative and financial reports for the Board of Directors.
• Respond to inquiries, requests and issues raised by owners and residents.
• Enforce community rules and regulations.
• Organize meetings, track agreements and support community governance.
• Identify improvement opportunities that enhance property value and resident satisfaction.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in condominium, building or real‑estate administration.
• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Real‑Estate Management or related field.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, suppliers and administrative controls.
• Knowledge of property maintenance and operations.
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
