About the role

As an Associate Attorney at Sfera Global El Salvador, you will join a dynamic team that supports client engagements through rigorous research, data analysis, and the preparation of concise reports and presentations. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior colleagues and contribute to high‑quality client deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured research and synthesize information to produce clear findings.
• Analyze data, prepare reports and presentations for client projects.
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop insights and recommendations.
• Organise project documentation and ensure timely communication of timelines and deliverables.
• Participate in internal and client meetings, maintaining clear and professional communication.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives by helping refine internal processes and methodologies.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, International Relations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated initiative, professional integrity, and willingness to learn from feedback.
• Prior internship or work experience in consulting, finance, or related fields is advantageous.
