Associate Attorney

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our team in San Salvador. The successful candidate will provide legal advice and support to both national and foreign clients, ensuring high standards of quality, confidentiality and service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver legal counsel and accompany clients throughout the lifecycle of legal matters.
• Participate in the management, analysis and monitoring of corporate legal issues.
• Draft, review and revise legal documents and contracts.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Collaborate closely with other members of the firm.

Required profile

• Law degree (Licenciatura en Derecho) and qualification as a Lawyer and Notary Public.
• Advanced conversational English.
• 1–2 years of experience in corporate legal positions.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other technology tools.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
