Auto Insurance Specialist (Spanish-Bilingual, Fully Remote)

About the role

A growing team is looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented Spanish-bilingual Auto Insurance Specialist to act as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries across several channels. The role covers outbound sales calls, quoting auto insurance with comparative raters and policy binding support, under the supervision of an experienced licensed producer. It is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Check daily notifications, emails, phone systems and WhatsApp to respond quickly to new quote requests and prospect inquiries.
• Complete daily sales tasks in the CRM, prioritizing quotes, rewrites and active pipelines.
• Place outbound calls, use comparative rating software to compare carriers and build competitive auto insurance quotes.
• Complete policy binding on carrier websites under the guidance and license of the principal agent, keeping files accurate and compliant.
• Help clients with simple requests such as payment processing, and route complex issues to service specialists.
• Record guidelines, carrier rules and workflows learned in training to help build internal SOPs and reference guides.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 to 12+ months of direct experience in Property & Casualty insurance, specifically personal lines/auto insurance; life or health-only experience does not qualify.
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken, able to explain insurance concepts in both languages.
• Strong outbound calling skills, comfortable handling objections and closing quotes.
• Comfortable with CRM tools, comparative raters (e.g. EZLynx, PL Rating), phone systems and apps like WhatsApp.
• Good note-taking, self-motivated and able to work in an environment where standard operating procedures are still being built.
