Experienced Spanish Interpreter (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Kreato Language Group, founded in 2020, offers business process outsourcing and professional language services in healthcare, legal, financial, customer service and social service settings. It is hiring remote English-Spanish interpreters in Latin America starting November 2026. The work begins with over-the-phone interpretation (OPI) with a direct path to video remote interpretation (VRI), providing accurate consecutive interpretation mainly for medical settings, as well as social services, customer care and financial clients, with full impartiality and confidentiality.

Required profile

• 6 to 12+ months of experience in remote medical interpretation.
• C1 English level (EF SET 4-Skill, TOEFL or CAE).
• Preferred: ALTA (9+) or LanguageStat/PICSI (75%-80%+) certification issued within the last 12 months.
• Medical and customer service terminology mastery; HIPAA and FWA certified or willing to obtain them.
• Clean background check.
• Hardwired Ethernet (no Wi-Fi), USB noise-canceling headset, Windows 10+ (minimum 4GB RAM) and a private, quiet workspace.
