About the role

The clinic is looking for a dedicated cashier to manage all financial transactions, product receipt, and inventory control. You will be the first point of contact for patients and suppliers, ensuring a smooth and transparent cash flow.

Key responsibilities

• Collect payments from patients via bank transfers, credit/debit cards, payment links, checks, and cash.
• Issue receipts and reconcile daily cash registers.
• Safeguard cash and valuable documents according to internal protocols.
• Receive and verify products from suppliers, recording quantities and condition.
• Process supplier payments following authorizations and internal procedures.
• Enter received items into the clinic’s inventory system and maintain up‑to‑date stock records.
• Support periodic inventory audits and keep physical/digital filing organized.
• Assist the administrative team with basic income, expense, and daily closing reports.

Required profile

• High school diploma or technical studies in Accounting, Business Administration or related fields (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years experience as a cashier or administrative assistant, preferably in clinics, hospitals, hotels or premium service companies.
• Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, honesty and a professional appearance.
• Ability to follow established processes and maintain confidentiality.
