Central American Collection Analyst

About the role

The Credit & Collections Analyst drives the credit-to-cash cycle to support product sales for TD SYNNEX by assessing customers' creditworthiness and ability to pay, and managing the accounts receivable for the products sold to them. Candidates from El Salvador are encouraged to apply. The position is remote, with occasional non-standard hours or overtime as business requires.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer financials using balance sheets and income statements (5%).
• Analyze trade payment reports on customer payment patterns (5%).
• Analyze security agreements, personal guarantees and UCC filings (5%).
• Manage accounts receivable for a defined customer base, including collections and account reconciliation (25%).
• Manage credit lines for a specified market or customer base (15%).
• Release customer orders based on credit lines and account receivable status (30%).
• Resolve root causes of disruptions to the credit-to-cash cycle (shipping, order, billing issues) in partnership with sales, operations and customers (15%).
• Perform additional duties as assigned and meet attendance and punctuality standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma; accounting or finance background preferred, and/or specialty collections training (e.g., UCC filing, commercial financing).
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
• Strong data entry skills.

• Intermediate-level use of computer applications and quick learning of new systems.
• Clear communication, attention to detail, negotiation and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure and with confidentiality.
