Commercial Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Sales Representative to generate new business and nurture existing client relationships for a full range of logistics solutions, including ocean, air, trucking, warehousing and related services, based in San Salvador.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new customers with international shipping and logistics needs.
• Identify and target companies such as importers, exporters, manufacturers, distributors and retailers.
• Sell ocean, air, trucking, warehousing and logistics solutions.
• Follow up consistently and close new business opportunities.
• Manage and grow an assigned customer base.
• Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure excellent customer service.
• Achieve monthly sales and gross profit targets.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience.
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, transportation or supply chain is preferred.
• Strong prospecting and cold‑calling abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Ability to build relationships with decision‑makers at all organizational levels.
• Existing customer relationships in logistics or international trade are a major advantage.
