About the role

The Fashion Buyer is responsible for ensuring the right products are available at the right time and place. This role manages supplier agreements, purchasing, negotiation, commercialization, and logistics to support the company's sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sales plan strategies and margin targets that are realistic for defined periods.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best costs and margins for the business.
• Identify new suppliers to drive innovation.
• Analyze market competition to align pricing and collaborate effectively with Marketing.
• Define the annual sales budget with Planning and conduct monthly reviews.
• Stay informed on market trends using company tools.
• Define campaigns and media plans together with Marketing.
• Negotiate costs, volumes, and advertising (when applicable) to ensure competitive pricing and required margins.
• Determine product mix, promotions, campaigns, events, and floor space allocation to maximize sales and optimize high‑traffic areas.
• Visit stores regularly to gather feedback.
• Maintain constant communication with local buyers for effective business feedback in each country.
• Coordinate with sales floor, marketing, and visual teams on product knowledge, training, and trends.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in purchasing, supplier management, and local/international vendor administration.
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal relationships, negotiation ability, analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and teamwork orientation.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
