Consultor de ventas

About the role

As a Sales Consultant at GRUPO SISECOR, you will advise clients on the company’s products and services, identify their needs, and propose appropriate solutions to drive sales. The position is full‑time, onsite in San Salvador, and focuses on building long‑term relationships with a portfolio of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations and follow‑ups to understand requirements.
• Analyze business opportunities, prepare proposals and participate in closing sales.
• Maintain accurate records of activities in the company’s commercial management tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and achieve sales targets.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or customer‑service roles, preferably B2B or B2C.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to detect needs and define solutions.
• Goal‑oriented, organized and able to work under targets.
• Proactive attitude, result‑driven and comfortable working in a dynamic team environment.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with office software.
• Experience using a CRM system.
