Customer Care Representative – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to join our friendly team at the Antiguo Cuscatlán office in El Salvador. In this role you will provide information about money‑transfer transactions, resolve general queries, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist agents and end‑customers (senders or beneficiaries) via telephone and email to resolve questions and complaints.
• Review and correct data of incorrectly processed transactions.
• Maintain constant communication with correspondent agents in destination countries to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum education: completed high school or college.
• At least one year of experience in customer service or a call‑center environment.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Strong customer orientation, excellent oral and written communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and a good team‑working approach.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Proficient use of web browsers.
