About the role
The Functionary is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for customers across multiple channels. You will handle incident reports, service requests, and warranty claims while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from customers.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Process warranty claims and follow‑up on existing cases.
- Document all interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet SLA and KPI targets.
Required profile
- Associate degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
- 1‑2 years of customer service experience in a call‑center environment.
- Near‑native English proficiency (B2‑C1 level).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high call volumes.
- Self‑motivated, high integrity, and a strong work ethic.
