Customer Services Representative (Call Center)

About the role

Ria Money Transfer is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Services Representative to join its headquarters team in El Salvador. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with transaction inquiries and ensuring a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist agents and end‑customers via telephone and email to resolve questions and complaints.
• Review and correct data for incorrectly processed transactions.
• Maintain constant communication with correspondent agents in destination countries to address issues.
• Collaborate with the accounting department to reconcile and balance refunds for cancelled transactions.

Required profile

• Completed high school or college education.
• At least one year of experience in customer service or a call‑center environment.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Strong customer orientation, excellent oral and written communication, attention to detail, and ability to work flexible schedules.
