Customer Services Representative – Ria Money Transfer

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Services Representative to join our team at Ria Money Transfer headquarters in El Salvador. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing information on transactions and resolving inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist agents and customers via telephone and email to resolve questions and complaints.
• Review and correct data of incorrectly processed transactions.
• Maintain communication with correspondent agents in destination countries to address issues.
• Collaborate with the accounting department to reconcile and balance refunds of cancelled transactions.

Required profile

• Completed high school or college education.
• At least one year of experience in customer service or a call‑center environment.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Strong customer orientation, attention to detail, and ability to work flexible schedules.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and a collaborative team approach.
