Demand Generation – Marketing Lead (Advanced English)

About the role

We are looking for a Demand Generation – Marketing Lead who will build and manage a high‑performing demand generation team. The role focuses on creating integrated marketing strategies that drive qualified sales opportunities while collaborating closely with Sales, Product and SDR teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a specialized demand generation team, managing resources and performance.
• Design and execute integrated marketing programs (digital, ABM, events, content) with clear revenue‑focused objectives.
• Align campaigns with Sales, Product and SDR teams to ensure consistent messaging, ideal customer profile (ICP) and buyer journey.
• Monitor funnel metrics (MQLs, SQOs, ROI) and translate data into actionable insights.
• Continuously optimize channel mix, audience segmentation and offers based on performance reports and testing.
• Standardize workflows, best practices and technology usage (CRM, automation, analytics) to maximize operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Result‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, pay attention to detail and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Advanced English (90% written and spoken) is essential.

Required skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in demand generation marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo and Salesforce.
• Proven ability to optimize multichannel campaigns (email, events, webinars, etc.).
