Education Professional – Quality & Evaluation (Field)

About the role

This is a field‑based position focused on strengthening the quality of schools across multiple regions in El Salvador. You will work directly with school leaders and teachers, gathering evidence, analysing data and supporting continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Visit educational centres and apply verification instruments.
• Collect, review and systematise field information.
• Identify findings and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare clear, evidence‑based technical reports.
• Follow up on improvement actions.
• Interact professionally with directors and educational teams.
• Use digital platforms and tools for data collection and management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Basic Education or a related field.
• Minimum six years of experience as a teacher, educational technician, school manager, trainer or similar role.
• Experience in evaluation, supervision, educational management, school accompaniment or report writing is valued.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and professional judgement.
• Willingness to relocate to El Salvador and travel to various schools.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital data‑collection tools and platforms.
• Ability to handle and analyse educational data.
