About the role

Copper Group is looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Telephonic Sales Executive to join its team in San Salvador. You will be responsible for generating sales opportunities, advising customers over the phone, and following up on quotations to help achieve commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospect and existing clients to promote Copper Group’s products and services.
• Provide product information and technical advice, especially for HVAC‑R and industrial solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, ensuring timely closure of sales.
• Track performance against sales targets and report key metrics.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in tele‑sales, inside sales, or tele‑marketing.
• Track record of meeting sales goals and working with performance indicators.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with strong organizational abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to manage follow‑up activities.
