About the role
Fusion CX El Salvador is hiring an English Language Coach through its Fusion Lab initiative. The coach helps aspiring professionals strengthen their English communication skills and close the gap between their current level and the requirements of client programs in the BPO industry.
Key responsibilities
- Assess English proficiency and identify individual skill gaps.
- Deliver intensive, structured English coaching sessions.
- Improve fluency, grammar, pronunciation, listening comprehension and professional communication.
- Develop targeted learning plans based on customer service, sales and technical support requirements.
- Monitor student progress and give actionable feedback.
- Work with Recruitment to prepare candidates and improve hiring conversion rates.
Required profile
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience in English teaching, language coaching or training and development.
- BPO or customer service experience is a plus.
Required skills
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning needs.
