About the role
World Vision, with 75 years of experience, works to help the most vulnerable children overcome poverty and live full lives. Inspired by its Christian faith, the organization operates in nearly 100 countries with a staff of over 33,000. The Development Facilitator will join this mission, supporting child sponsorship and community development initiatives in the Cluster Oriente region of El Salvador.
Key responsibilities
- Manage field operations related to child sponsorship requests.
- Coordinate community development processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with local actors and stakeholders.
